Little Sugar Day Retreat

A meaningful escape—without the overnight stay

Created for facilitators, wellness professionals and small groups who want a private setting for a day of connection, creativity or renewal.

Our Signature Retreat Buyout gives your group exclusive use of the Little Sugar glampground and its gathering spaces for an unforgettable weekend in the Ozarks.

Your guests can sleep in comfortable beds in glamping tents, gather around the fire, share meals outdoors and experience the rare luxury of having the time and space to truly disconnect.

Seven furnished glamping tents

Two 60-minute retreat-development meetings
Guidance shaping the guest experience and weekend flow
Vendor recommendations and booking coordination

Chef-prepared meals, massage, yoga, breathwork, photography, music and other specialty services are priced separately. A coordination fee applies to outside services arranged through Little Sugar Farm.

Retreats requiring extensive onsite hosting or facilitation receive a customized proposal.

Little Sugar Farm is not a hotel, conference room or traditional event venue.

It is a heritage farm shaped by generations, surrounded by woods, open sky and the flowing waters of Little Sugar Creek. Here, guests are invited to trade scrolling for conversation, schedules for spaciousness and everyday routines for something more intentional.

The farm is especially suited for leaders who value nature, meaningful connection and experiences that feel personal rather than mass-produced.

A Few Helpful Details

Retreat season runs from April through November.
Weekend dates require a two-night reservation.
The Signature Buyout accommodates up to 14 overnight guests.
Additional day guests may be added for a per-person fee.
The farmhouse may be reserved separately when available and is encouraged if your desire is to bring your own chef and facilitator team.
A 30% nonrefundable reservation retainer secures your dates.
The remaining balance is due eight weeks before arrival.
All retreats are subject to availability and a signed agreement.
