DO THE TENTS HAVE WIFI?

The farmhouse has wifi, the tents do not. However our cell service is always excellent!

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Unfortunately for insurance reasons, we are not able to allow pets. We do of course allow service animals.

DO THE TENTS HAVE PRIVATE BATHS?

When our glampsite is not full and we have 4 or less tent bookings we will assign private bathrooms. If we are full then the bathrooms are shared. We also have two outdoor showers and bathtub enclosures and they are fully private and fabulous!

DO THE TENTS HAVE A/C?

The Safari tents have A/C and small heaters. Our Safari tents are fully electric.

DO THE TENTS HAVE ELECTRICITY?

The Safari tents have electricity but the bell tents do not. Each Safari has a small heater in cooler weather and an AC stand alone unit when it's hot outside. Our Bell tents have portable USB charged fans and lanterns. There are plenty of places onsite to charge your phones and your gear if you need to so no worries!

IS THERE A MARKET ONSITE?

No however Miss Jana does leave out a box of snacks only during the day at the deckhouse and there are four bottles of water in each Safari tent fridge and there's bottled water in the fridge at the deckhouse. Just be considerate and don't take all of it.

** Please note: Food is not allowed in the tents at all due to the fact there are critters that will invade the tents. All food must be eaten in the kitchen area.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Our cancelation policy prior to four weeks out is pretty flexible. We do not cancel for weather. We only will do cancelations closer to your date IF you have a family emergency.

Where are you located?

We are located in Jane, Missouri close to NW Arkansas. The closest major airport is NW Arkansas National Airport. We are minutes away from Walmart, JB Hunt and Tyson headquarters. The world renowned museum Crystal Bridges, Bentonville Film Festival (co-founded by Gina Davis) are located 15 minutes from the farm.
